Exchange / Return Policy

No return/exchange. Please ensure your size selection is accurate before completing your purchase.

We only accept returns if the error is on our part. If your order arrives damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, get in touch with us ASAP. Once we approve your request, you'll need to send the product back to us.
To return an item, ensure it’s in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!

Sale Purchase Policy:
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund:
Once we get your return and give it a look-over, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund right away to your original payment method. Just a heads up, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to handle the refund so we request you to be patient for up to 7 working days.
